Finding work is not finding your own needs but to find a work is to find help to others. Moreover to find work is not to find money and income but to find to succor with.

Can I find you work? Sure, but don’t be daunted when finding one.

Job haunting is not a fun activity; actually it is a very daunting one could ever do. For imagine, you spent a lot of time and money in doing CVs and resumes and other necessary prerequisite documents but eventually all these efforts and money of yours will end up nothing when you rejected for the job and your documents which you have passed and spent of will end up in a shredded machine. That is really “Ouch!” You end up frustrated and aching.

Does companies realized this devastating ordeal of a job seeker or are they just concerned how they will be devastated if they hire you for the job? Quite selfish and unfair act of them, however to find work is like that. They are thinking about themselves or about the welfare of their company rather than yours. For that is the real purpose of applying for a job to a specific company, that is to find a work is to find your position in their company how to help improve the welfare of the company and not all center to you.

How to find Work

As I discuss above, in order to find work you must fit-in to the needs of a company you are applying with and not the company that will fit-in with your needs. For a company will not hire and look, for example, a Janitor, if the company does not need a Janitor. Moreover, it will not hire a job applicant that has no knowledge about cleaning or does not have any experienced regarding the job lest the company will suffer in terms of cleaning the company. See, it is always the welfare of the company the main purpose why there is a job vacancy and why you should apply a job.

Finding work is finding a company or organization you could help to through you skills and abilities that will give the necessities of the company or organization you are applying to or that will benefit the company. Finding work is finding anyone to succor with. Just like the work of a doctor, a doctor does not work as he wanted to work but he work to help.

Thus, in exchange of your help to the company or in return for the help you give or giving to the company is a sum of money called “salary”. Yup, Salary is what they called to the compensation for the help you give or giving to the company.

Salary percentage depends on how much Help you gave or will give to the company. It is not about promotion it is about the action you are doing for the company and the reaction it gave to the company. Thus, there is the quotation “less work less pay”. However, some workers who do not have any knowledge why they work for a specific company find this quotation very offensive as if for them connotes enslavery and oppression. But the logic behind this quotation is not about slavery or oppression rather it what I mention earlier why we look for a job.
