Getting The Job You Want
Brief Summary: To find a work one must need to work to find a work one likes, and that is how to find a work. You don’t just sit there and wait and pray for god to find work for you.
If you are an employer who needs workers for a specific task and duties you wanted to execute and be done effectively every day but you can’t do it by yourself alone, will you hire workers or any applicant without considering their skills and abilities to do the task and duties you wanted to be done effectively? Perhaps, only idiot will do that.
So if you are a job applicant, in finding work, you should also put yourself in the shoes of the employer who is seeking a worker for his or her posted job vacancy and don’t force yourself to be considered for the job if you are not really well qualified for it or do not be unbelievable that you are wishing for a miracle or magic that if your job qualifications is just a mere for office staff job but have passed resumes for a supervising works, you will be called for an interview and be hired eventually; don’t hope for Jesus or Allah to work miracles for you even though you are already in a desperate measure to find a work that you like.
In order to make your dream job a reality, don’t use Jesus or your religious icon as a magic wand to come into effect instantly the job or work you like or able to find work in a minute. I know there is no harm in believing and trusting but you should also be believable in the situations you are in and don’t put your mind into a fantasy mode. In able to find a work and to find work which you like, you must and should also work for its reality and don’t just entirely scratch a magic lamp which gives all your wishes and dreams in an instant. There is no such thing like that in reality.
You should work also for the dream job you like to make it come true or to achieve the dream job you like. Likewise, you should also toil hard to find a work that will suits you and that which eventually put you into a hiring position or give you chance to be hired.
Look for what is needed or what is required from you by an employer or by the dream job that you like. If your dream job requires expertise on administration of building facilities, why don’t you work for an extensive knowledge about the administration of building facilities as well as the actual execution of it. You can begin by applying to a lower position leading into it so that you could get experience regarding it. Don’t get distracted by sprouting failure and the debilitating and discouraging thought: “Nah, it is not god’s will for me, I rather quit it already”. If you put god to be in control of your situation rather than trusting yourself that you can do it and be persistent and determined to your dreams, you will never able to get what you want, remember “quitters never win”. Does god care if you can find a work or not? Can you say “God will find me work”? Hey stop being illusional that god cares and he will find you work that you like, it is all up to you if you just move and work.
Find Work Now
How to find a work is easy if you have the qualifications an employer is looking for but if you don’t havefinding works is really pretty hard.
We work not because we are force to do it (though it seems) but we work because we need to because if we don’t we will not eat and drink. Obviously, because we don’t have money to buy food and drinks which we need in order to survive. However, if you could withstand begging and robbing and deceiving people in order to get food and drink that you need, that is all up to you but I am not recommending it rather what I will recommend to you is to find a work that could give you money to sustain your daily needs.
But the problem now is how to find work that suits your qualifications because you can find work so easily that once you have applied you will get immediately hired after you have applied. Yap finding work that suits you is really hard for you could not find work that automatically hires you without considering any qualifications or requirements. Of course one of the basic qualifications and requirements is your educational background and work experiences. These two are highly necessary in order to for you to land a job on the company you are applying of. However, there are instances where work experience is not necessary but only requires a higher educational background because the company breeds on training an apprentice or value the training for apprenticeship. But still though you don’t have any experiences lately, you still need to have a decent educational attainment to land either both the companies that value experience or the companies that doesn’t value much experiences but value apprenticeship. It seems so tough is not it if you happen to be a poor people who can’t afford to attain higher education just to enter a job on a said companies. However, if you value education there is no tough sides in how to find work which you like and as well as entering the companies I mentioned. A real education lover, though one is financially poor will find a way to educate one self, but one who does not value education will just resort on finding multiple jobs that are low in salary though because he reason out that that is the point why one enrolls on schools or why one avails education.
Finding a better work is mostly like hard to a poor and developing countries compare to well develop countries wherein one could easily find works though it deviates from one’s educational attainment. Moreover, on well developed countries, the salaries are good to sustain oneself though the job for example is just a janitor. But on underdeveloped and poor countries though you have already a higher position or higher job, still your salary is compare to the salary of a janitor in a well developed countries. It is much understandable why because your logic will tell you that you are not in a well developed country rather on a poor and underdeveloped countries, so expect that your salary is poor and under the expected salary amount also.
